Meet David Ventura, our CEO and the fire behind our mission to change business for good. David believes that people who have more fun, get more done, so he brings his own unique brand of energy to the party.

An accomplished professional speaker and consultant with over 20 years experience in business, David is in demand from clients all over the world. Running workshops and being on stage are his happy places, and he brings energy and passion in buckets.
