Building on the training and development they have received, we transfer our tactics, tools and techniques from your boardroom, through the training room, to your real world in the field.
We will work with the leadership team in 1:1 coaching sessions, supporting them to foster change and coaching behaviours internally, and to use their new tools to maximise team performance.
Embedding and Implementation Reviews
We deliver embedding and implementation reviews to bring people’s minds back to what they learned in focus-training workshops, and recap where needed.
These sessions enable the team to review their progress with the Front&Centre® crew, to consolidate what they have learned and demonstrate how this is fuelling their performance.
