STAGE 1
SPOTLIGHT

Win-Win Growth™️ starts with our game-changing Spotlight stage, where we explore the status quo in your business.

Using a blend of conversational discovery workshops and our proprietary diagnostic tools, we consult with your key stakeholders. We explore, assess and clarify your current objectives, strategy, plan, climate and key metrics. This work allows us to shine a spotlight on your challenges, your pain points and opportunities. 

From that we build a picture of exactly where you’re at, where you want to get to … and what’s holding you back. Our diagnostics and profiling tools also allow us to assess the levels of experience and ability in your team who will be delivering the change.

FOCUS

Next we move onto our Focus stage, where we pinpoint the areas of sales, customer relationship management and leadership in which you need better performance.

Spotlight will have identified the blind spots and areas for development, so in this stage of Win-Win Growth we can now double down on the important areas of people development that will supercharge your business performance. STAGE 3
PERFORMANCE

Our Performance stage is where we focus on your output, not just our input. We’ll work with you to track your performance and embed the learning, putting training into action and delivering growth.

1:1 Management/Leadership Coaching

We judge ourselves on the effectiveness of Front&Centre® implementation consultancy. Our management and leadership coaching and support empowers your team to embed their new knowledge into the business, day to day. 

Building on the training and development they have received, we transfer our tactics, tools and techniques from your boardroom, through the training room, to your real world in the field.

We will work with the leadership team in 1:1 coaching sessions, supporting them to foster change and coaching behaviours internally, and to use their new tools to maximise team performance.

Embedding and Implementation Reviews

We deliver embedding and implementation reviews to bring people’s minds back to what they learned in focus-training workshops, and recap where needed.

These sessions enable the team to review their progress with the Front&Centre® crew, to consolidate what they have learned and demonstrate how this is fuelling their performance.
