In David's words
What coaching with Front&Centre® feels like
Trusted by teams who take customer growth seriously
Proof, not promises
Trusted by

As part of plans to differentiate ourselves in our market place we asked Front&Centre® to help us develop leaders, not bosses, and to position ourselves as business partners, not suppliers. In both cases we were successful and picked up 20% of the market over a three year period. Front&Centre® was directly involved and should be recognised as the catalyst, facilitator and motivator that took us there.

The team at Front&Centre® delivered a thought-provoking and informative workshop on key account management for our professional services team. It has had an immediate impact on the team's perception of KAM and already begun to create a culture of KAM being a team sport.

The best way for me to describe David's coaching is this: imagine you're in a jungle and not able to see which direction to turn, but you have a wing man in a chopper to guide you through. That's David.

Front&Centre's KAM training was highly engaging from start to finish. It was evident David had thoroughly understood our business in preparation. He immediately built great rapport with the group, making it clear the training was relevant to them and not just another generic course to tick a box.

David's engaging and adaptable style kept the room on board and interested throughout the duration of the session, and he handled audience participation perfectly.

His ability to relate the relevant theory into practical everyday business examples was second to none. The tips he brought to the table were useful, practical and easily transferable to our business situation.
FAQs
Coaching, answered
Who do you coach?
Founders, CEOs and commercial leaders, and the sales and account teams underneath them. Some want a thinking partner for the loneliest seat in the business. Others want their people to grow in confidence and consistency. Often it is both.
What is the difference between coaching and consultancy here?
Consultancy is more about the plan and the doing. Coaching is about the person and the thinking: helping you, or your team, see more clearly, decide with more confidence, and own the growth rather than wait to be told. The two work well together.
What does a coaching relationship look like in practice?
Regular, focused sessions built around what you are actually facing, not a fixed curriculum. We work on the real decisions, the real conversations and the real habits. Between sessions is where the growth happens, so we make sure something changes each time.
Can you coach a whole team, not just individuals?
Yes. A lot of our work is team coaching: getting a group to a shared language, a shared standard, and the confidence to hold each other to it. That is often where the biggest, fastest shift comes from.
Is coaching in person or virtual?
Whatever works for you. Plenty of coaching runs well virtually; some moments are better in the room. We will pick the mix that fits your people and your pace.
